Shipping Policy

At Sonoran Containers, we handle all deliveries, freight, and placement services with professionalism and transparency. This policy outlines how we schedule, transport, and deliver products across the Southwest.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver containers and accessories throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
Delivery within Pima and Pinal Counties is free for all standard container sales and rentals.
All other deliveries are quoted individually based on mileage, site conditions, and access requirements.
Delivery Scheduling & Payment
Container deliveries are typically scheduled within 7–14 business days after payment clears.
All container sales and custom builds must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Rentals require the first month’s rent and deposit prior to scheduling.
Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or business check (funds must clear before dispatch).
Site Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear site access.

A minimum 120 ft of straight, level clearance is required from the drop point for safe unloading and exit.

Sites must be dry, compacted, and accessible by truck and trailer.

If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions or obstruction, a return and redelivery fee will apply.
We are not liable for site damage caused by unstable or inaccessible terrain.
Freight & Palletized Shipments
Certain accessories, kits, and parts are shipped via LTL freight or flatbed.

Freight quotes are provided on a per-order basis before shipment.

Customers are responsible for unloading freight shipments unless otherwise arranged.

Lift-gate or off-loading assistance can be arranged for an additional fee.
All freight shipments are insured to the point of delivery.
Redelivery & Storage Fees
If delivery fails due to site inaccessibility, unpaid balance, or customer absence, containers will be returned to our yard.

Redelivery fees will apply for rescheduling.

Storage charges may accrue after 7 days if rescheduling is delayed.
Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are encouraged to inspect containers or freight upon delivery.
Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photos if possible, to ensure prompt resolution.
