Refund & Return Policy

At Sonoran Containers, we take pride in offering premium new one-trip shipping containers, rentals, and custom modifications built to order. Because each unit is unique and heavy-freight logistics apply, all sales are final once delivery is completed or a custom build has begun.
1. Sales of Containers and Custom Builds

All container purchases are non-refundable after payment is processed and delivery is scheduled.

Once a custom modification or fabrication project has begun, materials and labor costs cannot be refunded.

Images and videos of each container are provided before delivery to confirm condition and serial numbers.
2. Rental Returns and Cancellations

Rental agreements may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery for a full refund of any prepaid rental fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery may be subject to handling or transport charges to cover scheduling and logistical costs.

After delivery, rental fees are non-refundable for the billing period paid.

If a container is returned early, no prorated refund will be issued for unused days.

Renter remains responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
3. Delivery and Access Limitations
If we arrive for delivery and cannot access the site due to obstacles, unsafe conditions, or insufficient clearance (minimum 120 feet of straight runway required), a redelivery fee will apply.
Free delivery applies only within Pima and Pinal Counties.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your container upon delivery. If you believe you received the wrong unit or there is visible damage not shown in the pre-delivery images, contact us within 24 hours at returns@sonorancontainers.com.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from Sonoran Containers, you agree to waive the right to initiate a credit-card chargeback after delivery confirmation. All sales and rentals are final under our terms due to the custom nature and logistics of freight equipment.
